Ordering scope

Pricing is for one simple single-color cut-vinyl graphic, with transfer tape, from usable artwork. Both width and height must fit the selected limit: 10" × 10", 16" × 16", 24" × 24", or 36" × 36". Matte is our higher-cost premium vinyl and is priced above gloss at every size. Fine detail, multiple colors, specialty vinyl, artwork recreation, and installation require a separate quote.

Artwork & design assistance

Standard pricing is for one design with usable, print-ready artwork. New design, mockups, logo recreation, or artwork repair is billed separately at $45 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. We agree the scope and estimated time before paid design work begins; extra work requires approval. Printing, delivery, installation, and design are priced separately.

Proof approval & production

Every custom print job requires your written approval of the final proof before production. We may send the proof as a PDF, image or photograph, together with the final size, material, quantity and job details. Review spelling, wording, layout, orientation, dimensions and QR destination carefully. A mockup is not a guarantee of exact screen-to-print color or scale; request clarification before approving.

Once you approve the final proof, your custom order is released to the production queue and is final: no change-of-mind cancellations, returns or refunds, including for customer errors visible in the approved proof. Requested changes after approval may require a new quote, a new proof and additional charges, if changes are still possible. Approval is required again for any revised proof. Silence or a quote request is not approval.

Production is queued after final proof approval, usable artwork and required payment are received. We confirm the project schedule; a queue position is not a guaranteed delivery date. This policy does not exclude a remedy for Press Made production errors, defective or damaged goods, failure to supply the agreed order, or any cancellation or refund right required by law. Contact us with the order details and photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, reprint or refund.

Artwork cleanup & vectorization

Please provide a print-ready PDF or a high-resolution PNG at the final output size for printed work. A PDF or PNG is not automatically a vector file. Cut-vinyl jobs need usable vector paths; we can assess your original vector artwork or advise on the correct file.

If the correct file cannot be supplied, Press Made can assess artwork cleanup, tracing or vectorization at $45/hour, one-hour minimum. We provide a scope and time estimate for approval and payment before work starts. Additional time is billed in approved 15-minute increments ($11.25). Not every image can be converted accurately; low-quality files may need manual recreation or a better original. Any recreated artwork requires your approval before printing.
