$45 / hour
One-hour minimum · Concepts, revisions, and estimated hours agreed before work begins.
What is included—and how revisions work
Graphic design and print-layout assistance: $45 per hour, one-hour minimum ($45). Design is separate from printing.
Before work starts, we agree a written brief, estimated hours, deliverables, number of initial concepts, and number of revision rounds. The standard starting scope is one initial design direction and one consolidated revision round, within the approved time allowance; one hour is a minimum booking, not a guarantee that every project can be completed in one hour.
All requested design, mockup, artwork-preparation and revision time counts toward the approved hours. Further concepts, additional revision rounds, changes of direction, new sizes, or new content require an approved extension at $45/hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($11.25). Work pauses at the approved budget until you authorize and pay for more time. There are no unlimited revisions or unpaid speculative mockups. Corrections to our own errors are not billed as customer revisions.
Please supply final wording, logos and images. Final print-ready files for the agreed scope are supplied after design charges are paid; editable source files and third-party assets are included only when expressly quoted.

Review the final proof and job specifications carefully. Your written approval releases the order to the production queue once required payment and usable artwork are received.
Proof approval, cancellations, and refunds
Proof approval & production
Every custom print job requires your written approval of the final proof before production. We may send the proof as a PDF, image or photograph, together with the final size, material, quantity and job details. Review spelling, wording, layout, orientation, dimensions and QR destination carefully. A mockup is not a guarantee of exact screen-to-print color or scale; request clarification before approving.
Once you approve the final proof, your custom order is released to the production queue and is final: no change-of-mind cancellations, returns or refunds, including for customer errors visible in the approved proof. Requested changes after approval may require a new quote, a new proof and additional charges, if changes are still possible. Approval is required again for any revised proof. Silence or a quote request is not approval.
Production is queued after final proof approval, usable artwork and required payment are received. We confirm the project schedule; a queue position is not a guaranteed delivery date. This policy does not exclude a remedy for Press Made production errors, defective or damaged goods, failure to supply the agreed order, or any cancellation or refund right required by law. Contact us with the order details and photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, reprint or refund.
Artwork formats, cleanup, and vectorization
Artwork cleanup & vectorization
Please provide a print-ready PDF or a high-resolution PNG at the final output size for printed work. A PDF or PNG is not automatically a vector file. Cut-vinyl jobs need usable vector paths; we can assess your original vector artwork or advise on the correct file.
If the correct file cannot be supplied, Press Made can assess artwork cleanup, tracing or vectorization at $45/hour, one-hour minimum. We provide a scope and time estimate for approval and payment before work starts. Additional time is billed in approved 15-minute increments ($11.25). Not every image can be converted accurately; low-quality files may need manual recreation or a better original. Any recreated artwork requires your approval before printing.
